We are committed to uncovering and nurturing the direct marketing creative talent of the future.
An initiative of ADMA and Australia’s top direct marketing creatives, Direct Marketing Creative School exists to encourage that young blood into the industry.
With the rapid growth of direct marketing, leading agencies are currently ravenous for new creative talent. Not just people who can come up with great ideas, but who understand the medium and who have the skills to work within it.
Creative School is devised, written and taught by a group of the most respected and awarded agency creatives with this goal in mind.
Over 10 weeks, students receive guidance in developing the skills, confidence and contacts to pursue or advance a DM creative career. They will learn from the most successful and inspiring names in the industry and receive practical experience in an agency environment. They emerge with the knowledge and experience needed to start creating work that works.
The results of Creative have been outstanding. Over a third of graduates have gone on to find roles in leading DM and integrated agencies like MercerBell, M&C Saatchi, BMF, Lavender, Wunderman and Rapp Collins. In fact, each year we see more and more students amongst the finalists and winners of the ADMA Awards.
Creative School 2009 kicks off in August in Sydney and Melbourne. More information on tutors, participating agencies and weekly topics are available via the Creative School website or by contacting the ADMA Awards Manager today.
